A queda não é o fim

Na arte suave (jiujitsu) aprendemos que quedas não são o fim de uma luta, ninguém quer cair, mas se isso acontecer ainda haverá a possibilidade de se virar o jogo;É só ter calma, usar menos força e mais inteligência.
Se você sofreu alguma queda, tenha calma, se ajeita, mexe esse quadril, raspa, passa e finaliza.
